Lighthouse R & D Enterprises, Inc., has recently established a market research survey division within our company. Market research surveys can be extremely useful by answering your company's pressing needs of today as well as the long term needs of your clients. Surveys can help identify what is important to your company, as well as what is most important to your customer.

Our surveys will focus on your customers satisfaction with your company and the results will aid you in developing tactics and strategies that will help you succeed in today's uncertain economy. Our surveys are not just restricted to annualizing customer satisfaction. We can add industry trend questions as well.

As a third party, we will obtain a more unbiased response from your customers who may not feel comfortable sharing issues pertaining to your company or sales force.

Following are examples of questions we can ask to obtain the information needed:

  • Who do you think of first when you think of (your company's area of expertise here.)
  • Are you aware of our turn-key abilities?
  • List and rate each one of your competitors.
    • Surveys can be conducted three ways: in person, by phone, or through e-mail. We feel surveys conducted in person are by far the best way to obtain a thorough response. A good surveyor can read a person and persuade them to answer questions that they would never answer over the phone or with an on-line survey.

Statistics have revealed that you will get approximately a 22% response rate with on-line surveys. Reasons why may vary from: customer is unsure who will see the results so they don't complete the survey; their time is valuable, so the survey is passed on to the administrative assistant who may not be as knowledgeable on the subject; the customer misses the time line for response; or most commonly the survey is simply deleted.

Once the survey is completed and finalized, we will present the findings to you as well as provide you with a copy in written form and CD.
