October 2007 - Lighthouse R & D Enterprises, Inc. is currently seeking qualified professionals as we gear up for a new marine research project. We will be hiring for positions and qualifications listed below. Willingness to travel to remote locations will be required in the positions with an asterisk.
Network Engineer
- Strong knowledge of routers, switches, Fiber interfaces, Server qualifications a plus
Electrical Engineer
- Strong background and knowledge of commercial power requirements, power conditioning, UPS, ATS, transformers, grounding, ground fields and Generator power.
- Knowledge of Electrical Codes and Standards.
Mechanical Engineer
- Ability to draw and maintain elect/mech. drawings in Auto Cad, Solid works etc.
- Knowledgeable in Mechanical codes and standards.
Material Fabricators
- Ability to read drawings and interpret and apply skills of the trade.
- Welding, Cutting, Wiring and Carpentry work
Administrative Assistant
- Ability to maintain Files and Databases, basic computer (Microsoft office) and secretarial skills.
Technical Sales Representative
- BS or better in marine science
- Previous sales experience
Petroleum Engineer
- Proficient knowledge of the oil and gas industry
- International sales experience
Marine Scientist
- MS or better in marine science
- Preferable background in physical oceanography with ADCP experience.
